黑啤炆牛尾

材料： 黑啤、牛尾、薑、紅蔥、洋蔥、桂皮、香葉、

　　　 少許生抽、冰糖

做法：

1) 牛尾用薑飛水備用。

2) 爆香薑、紅蔥，加牛尾、洋蔥、桂皮、香葉。

3)加少許生抽、冰糖，加一杯黑啤。

4) 加蓋炆至收汁，加少許蠔油，拌勻，即可上碟。

注意：

黑啤可以改用紅酒

魚翅瓜湯

材料：

 魚翅瓜、蘋果、雪梨、無花果、果皮（可加腰果）

冬菇雪耳黃豆湯

材料： 

冬菇6隻、雪耳2個、黃豆1兩、

瑤柱2粒、去核紅棗8粒、瘦肉6兩

這個湯適合各種癌症病人服用，是一防癌、抗癌家常保健湯水。

蟲草花猴頭菇燉雪梨

材料： 蟲草花、猴頭菇、核桃、百合、南北杏、雪梨

做法：

1) 　以上材料除雪梨外燉三小時後，加雪梨再燉一小時。

2) 　加鹽調味。

鹿腳筋淮山杞子湯

材料：鹿腳筋（浸一晚，出水，焗一晚）、

                       杞子、淮山、圓肉、紅棗

鮮人參雞湯

材料：雞、豬展、果皮、蜜棗、人參、紅棗

Home Made Thieves Oil Cleaner 自家製清潔消毒液

材料：

2 隻檸檬皮

4枝桂皮

數枝新鮮薰衣草  ( 或5 – 6 滴薰衣草精油)

1 湯匙丁香

半公升水

5 – 6 滴桉樹精油

5 – 6 滴迷迭香精油 (或數枝新鮮迷迭香)

做法：

1) 把以上材料洗淨，放煲中滾後，轉小火。

2) 煮約20-25分鐘。

3) 在室溫下待涼。

4) 把一份以上的溶液倒入一個已清潔的噴壺內，跟隨自己需要的濃度加入一份或兩份的清水，把壺蓋擰好，搖勻。

用途：

1)　這自家製清潔液，可在家中作任何清潔、消毒之用（廚房、廁所、傢俱、小孩玩具等），不含化學藥品，可以安全使用。

2)有清新的香料味道，可用作空氣清新劑，消除氣味。

Ingredients :

Skin of  2 Lemons
4 Cinnamon Sticks
A couple of Fresh Lavender  ( or 5-6 drops of Lavender Oil)
1 tbsp of Cloves
1 pint of water
5-6 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
5-6 drops of Rosemary Oil    (or  4 springs of Fresh Rosemary )

Methods:

1) Put the above ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to the boil.

2) Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.

3) Leave it cool at room temperature.

4) Pour one part of the above solution to a empty clean spray bottle, and 1 or 2 part of water ( depends on strength you want) to dilute. Shake the bottle well.

Usage:

1) You may use the thieves oil for cleaning and disinfecting all around your house (eg. bathroom, kitchen, or furniture or wood).

2) It can be used as air freshener to eliminate odors.
